New Comers BBQ

One of the best ways to get connected here at Illawarra Church of Christ is to join in a welcome BBQ. Just sign up below so we can let you know next time we’re getting newcomers together.

Experiencing God

Whether you’re new here or you’ve been attending for years you can join the 1:1 Experiencing God journey.

You will be assigned a mentor who will guide your through the book ‘Experiencing God’ by Henry Blackaby. Must pairs meet 6-10 times over a twelve-month period.

Home Groups

If you’d like to check out a small group then let us know by hitting the button and we’ll connect you with the leader of the home group most suitable for your needs. We have online and face-to-face options in a variety of places across Wollongong.

Believe and be Baptised

Baptism is a beautiful, public declaration of your faith in Jesus Christ. It symbolizes your old life being washed away and your new life in Christ beginning. This sacred act connects you with Jesus’ death and resurrection, marking your commitment to follow Him. It’s a celebration of God’s grace and your place in His family.

We believe we can accomplish more together. God has given each one of us special gifts and talents. As a Serve Team member you will get the privilege of serving others just like Jesus did.

Newcomers BBQ

A great way to meet a few other newcomers and learn more about Illawarra Church of Christ is to join the Newcomers BBQ hosted by Pastor Peter Watson and his wife Linda.

EXPERIENCING GOD

Experiencing God is a 1:1 journey through the book 'Experiencing God' by Henry Blackaby. You and your mentor meet as you decide to review your reading and how to apply the lessons in your life. Most pairs meet 6-10 times over a 12-month period.

We have a variety of home groups. By filling out this form you are giving up permission to pass your details to an appropriate group leader to contact you about the details of their group.
