Natural Church Development (NCD) 

NCD stands for ‘Natural  Church Development’ and is the methodology we use to measure the ‘health’ of our church. (To find out more about NCD and why we use it go to https://ncd-australia.org/ncd/)

We complete a yearly health assessment which helps the church understand the areas of health and unhealth within our congregation. This provides an ‘evidence-based’ diagnosis that we reflect on prayerfully as we seek to make leadership decisions for the following year.
